The crypto-tracking bot Whale Alert, which regularly publishes data on large cryptocurrency transfers, has announced that an enormous amount of XRP with a total of 101.5 million coins has been moved in the past 22 hours.

Ripple Crypto Decacorn Binance, which is currently under investigation by US authorities, and several other top notch crypto exchanges have participated in the transfer of this gigantic amount of XRP.

101.5 million XRP in motion

Ten hours ago, Ripple sent 10 million XRP tokens to one of its reserve wallets, RL43-EE. Possible goals are internal use and the coverage of operating costs. Another Ripple wallet, RL18-VN, is used to send Ripple’s XRP to digital switches.

In particular, it has been sending XRP to the largest Chinese exchange, Huobi, in the past few weeks. This week it was 5.4 million XRP per day. Last week seven million coins were sent to Huobi every day.

Other key players involved in moving this staggering amount of XRP on the blockchain were Binance, Bittrex, Bybit, and Huobi.

The largest amount of crypto has been moved from Bybit to Binance: 59.5 million XRP.

In total, $ 139,941,964 worth of XRP has been postponed.

Binance is under investigation by the DOJ and IRS

As reported by U.Today, Binance Holdings Ltd. Target of an investigation by the US Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) into allegations of money laundering and tax evasion on Thursday, April 13th.

No specific allegations have yet been made against Binance, and the exchange says it is working very seriously with regulators.
