W.Welcome to the October 2020 edition of Reddit Roundup by Nik and Flip from Bitcoin Magazine!

October bounced back from where September left off, particularly on price. Trust in BTC in the community is stronger than ever, many are expecting a steep price increase and many bulls are calling for a new all-time high before the end of the year. Only time can tell.
Institutional adoption of Bitcoin as a treasury reserve continues to be the hottest topic in the space as Square joined MicroStrategy and bought $ 50 million worth of BTC. These were just two of the many dominoes falling on Bitcoin – Stone Ridge Asset Management also announced its $ 115 million investment in Bitcoin.
This was particularly interesting as many of the company’s employees were Bitcoins and already held BTC, which led their company’s auditors to take a closer look. All of these big institutions entering the room make us think … Apple just released that it has $ 191.83 billion in cash and you have to wonder when will Apple buy Bitcoin?
As time went on, more and more of the old financial institutions are changing their minds about Bitcoin, and we’ve seen them talk about it quite loudly this month. A former Goldman Sachs chief hedge fund manager has released a BTC forecast of $ 1,000,000. This goes hand in hand with the fact that JP Morgan Chase also recently talked sweetly about Bitcoin. It seems that Wall Street firms are beginning to give up the fight that they had no chance of winning in the first place.
In addition, legendary hedge fund manager Paul Tudor Jones has expressed that he likes Bitcoin even more now than before and that this bull market is still in the first inning.
