The St. Louis Blues and Colorado Avalanche haven’t met since the first two games of the season in January. This is the first of six inter-club meetings in April.

Add in a domestic crowd, and an offense that only terrorizes the opposition, and there’s good value in nearly doubling your money on Landeskog to score, especially if you think the heavily favored Avalanche will win.

Eight of the last nine Avalanche games have scored more than 5.5 goals. Colorado did everything three times during this time. Considering that this is the first of two consecutive games between these teams, the Avalanche will play with substitute goalkeeper Jonas Johaansson, who is only making his second start for the team, while star goalkeeper Philipp Grubauer takes four breaks after the start in eight days.
That should give the blues a few chances to finally score a few goals, but they can’t get into line with the charged avalanche offense.
