Fla. High Court points to changes in IOTA funding

Law360 (May 5, 2021, 3:52 p.m. EDT) – The Florida Supreme Court indicated on Wednesday that changes will come to the way interest monies are allocated to escrow accounts for attorneys, but the judges seemed open to changes that would lessen the blow would suggest a proposal that legal aid groups say would affect their ability to serve low-income people.
