LOUIS VUITTON has finally unveiled its entire Yayoi Kusama collection before it hits store tomorrow. We have them here to show you. SEE THE COLLECTION IN FULL Bold, playful and not for the faint of heart. The listing includes the artist’s bold stains – covering every item from bags to dresses. The range is the company’s most significant artist collaboration since it teamed up with Steven Sprouse in 2001 to create what is now iconic graffiti bags. The highlights of the Kusama collection include a yellow dress with a falling waist and a frilled skirt. shorts in red and black; classic trench coats that are given a surreal touch with the artist’s vivid spots; and silk scarves – which offer a more subtle way to shop into the collection. SEE THE COLLECTION HERE Louis Vuitton’s creative director Marc Jacobs met 83-year-old Kusama in 2006 and was delighted with her “endless energy” and her ability to create a “world that never ends” through her work. The first part of the collaboration will be followed by a second collection, which will appear in Selfridges on August 24th.
