Terrible after-sales service

I bought this phone after reading the impressive reviews and “extensive” customer support network. At one point my phone screen broke in an accident and to my shock, 4 service centers out of a total of 5 centers in Mumbai were unavailable / unavailable. A center in Dadar was charging / 10,000 for the screen, while the iPhone screen is also much simpler and available at a much cheaper price. It was definitely a lesson not to buy a product from unreliable brands as they are more likely to bother you in the future. The “product lifetime price”, which includes the cost of initial use / repair / service, should be given due consideration. Suggest everyone take a holistic view of the product and then make a decision.

i bought qiku mobile 6 months ago and now the glass is broken, but now no service center is answering. All phone numbers given are incorrect. Please do not buy this brand, it will no longer have any service afterwards. I’m at Ranchi and all the phone numbers either don’t work or answer the wrong number. Avoid it

I bought the QIKU Q TERRA smartphone online from Gadgets 360 and NDTV VENTURE. I accidentally dropped the phone and the screen broke and now I have a problem how to replace the broken screen. as I don’t know where to order the touchscreen panel … as the phone is user friendly and easy to use … I like it very much .. I would be very grateful if someone could help me find the website, from which I can order. thanks

I am mobile phone savvy. I have used almost 60-80 devices like Samsung, Apple, Nokia HTC iuni Intex Lenovo Sony almost all brand smartphones. But this phone is really a beast, brilliant display quality, very fast fingerprint scanner, nice camera quality, great feel and performance. I loved it, it’s one of a kind. his beast in this budget.

This is my first smartphone – coached to buy by NDTV Profit 🙂 But I’m happy to say it didn’t disappoint. The delivery was prompt. The QiKU packaging was brilliant. The phone as well. I have now tested most of the features (except for headphones). The only thing I could have done better is to remove the QiKU logo on the screen protector (it should be removed like on the face.) I used kerosene and cotton to remove it, but unfortunately I managed to scratch the protector a bit. Maybe I wasn’t looking for guidelines on how to get it right, or maybe the screen guards shouldn’t have a logo at all!

A completely different concept seems to be value for money. The dual rear camera is unique. Appearance of the smartphone is impressive even impressive

I bought Qiku Q terra on January 16 at launch time. So far the performance has been satisfactory. Recently, however, the quality of video playback has deteriorated significantly. Can’t understand how to solve this. No information on where and how you can get advice on how / where you can carry out maintenance under the guarantee.

Hi everyone, I bought Qiku Mobile 2 years ago, the quality of the phone is the best and the best thing is this phone’s camera but no other features are impressive. Now a glass of my cell phone is broken. I am looking for a service center, but there is no service center available and no parts such as the screen protector, back cover, cell phone display are easy to get. Even resellers don’t know this brand. Please avoid it until the correct services are not available.
