Renowned financial Youtuber Andrei Jikh invests over $ 100,000 in cryptocurrencies – Finance Bitcoin News
Popular Youtuber Andrei Jikh released a video this week for his 978,000 Youtube subscribers declaring that he has invested over $ 100,000 in crypto assets. Jikh explains why he spent the money on digital assets and plans to share his investment experience in another video.
Andrei Jikh is a popular Youtuber with nearly a million subscribers to date, and his channel is focused on personal finance, the stock market, and investing. Usually his videos treat traditional assets like stocks, but in his latest video, released Nov. 20, he talked about an entirely different investment vehicle. Jikh has invested over $ 100,000 in BTC and ETH and explains how he believes his investment will perform in 12 months.
Jikh immediately states that he bought 7.5 BTC ($ 130,195) and 120 ETH ($ 63,044) and in his video the market prices are very different from today. After explaining the number of Bitcoins and Ethereums he bought, Jikh said he left $ 10,000 on his Gemini account to average the rest of the money every day. Jikh then goes on to describe the importance of a cryptocurrency to his 978,000 Youtube subscribers.
Since Andrei Jikh made his first investment, his portfolio of BTC and ETH has depreciated due to crypto-economic price dumping on November 26, 2020. Crypto assets like BTC have depreciated on November 26th for the past three years in a row.
“At the time of making this video, that investment is approximately $ 200,000,” Jikh said during the video. “It consists of 7.5 BTC and around 120 ETH. In addition, I have about $ 10,000 in my Gemini account that I want to invest this money with at $ 2,000 per day. “
Jikh further added:
There is a maximum supply of 21 million BTC and there is around $ 112 trillion in household wealth in the US. If we assume that 1% of the US population is interested in investing, that’s around $ 1.2 trillion. If we divide this hypothetical 1% demand by the maximum supply, we get an approximate price of $ 57,142 per coin. If 2% of the population is interested in investing, the price doubles to $ 114,284 per coin. There are 46.8 millionaires in this world, there will only be 21 million bitcoins. That means fewer than half of all millionaires in the world will ever own a whole bitcoin.
A couple of other turning points that Jikh believes will boost Bitcoin’s maturity include PayPal’s recent announcement to endorse the asset, Fidelity’s upcoming publicly traded product, and the big buys from companies like Square, Microstrategy, and Grayscale.
In addition, Stanley Printmiller, a very wealthy hedge fund manager, announced that he now owns Bitcoin, Mexico’s second richest man, billionaire Ricardo Salinas Pliego announced that he holds 10% of his net worth in Bitcoin, and is even Ray Dalio it is no longer sure of its skepticism, ”emphasized Jikh.
Of course, Jikh ends the video by telling his subscribers that the video is not investment advice. The Youtuber likes to share his investment strategies and has done so in many other videos for “entertainment only” purposes.
Jikh’s leap into the crypto space follows numerous luminaries who have jumped into Bitcoin this year. For example, one of the most popular Youtubers, Pewdiepie, told his 107 million channel subscribers that he was into cryptocurrencies and non-fungible token (NFT) asset games. Hit record producer Murda Beatz told fans that it bought Bitcoin last October and Grammy-nominated rapper Logic invested $ 6 million in Bitcoin last month.
Jikh’s latest crypto video can be seen below and has been viewed more than 129,000 times to date. Jikh’s fans and commentators seem to be enjoying Youtuber’s latest financial investment video while others think he’s crazy.
