Starman collected the July Cup bonus points for his Dead Ten To Follow fans in a style that made him the dominant sprinter of the season. With the win, Starman moved up to fourth place in the table of leading Ten To Follow scorers.

The 57.7 points won on Saturday and the promise of many more will have given a big boost to the 3.8 percent of Ten To Follow stables who added Ed Walker’s stable star to their teams at the start of the competition.

Another major Newmarket win for the players came 24 hours earlier when Snow Lantern hit the Falmouth Stakes. The gray, trained by Richard Hannon, represents 17 percent of the stables and scored 33 points for winning Group 1.

An even bigger cheer will have sparked when the results from Belmont, New York, broke when Santa Barbara, the third top horse in the competition, finally fulfilled its promise and landed the Belmont Oaks, scoring 28.35 points for 63.1 percent Stables.

Her stable mate Bolshoi Ballet, who was so disappointing on the flop as a favorite for the Derby, won the Belmont Derby Invitational Stakes and won the redemption with 28.45 points for 10.8 percent of the stables.

Though Motakhayyel only represented 0.2 percent of the stables, his Bunbury Cup win was more notable for the Tote Scoop6 bonus hunter as it helped her pocket an additional £ 88,121 from her £ 8 stake. For the Ten To Follow players, however, the win only meant 18.1 points.

Yibir confirmed the form of the Sandown Classic Trial by strolling to success in the Bahrain Trophy, scoring 18.8 points for 0.5 percent of the stalls, while Sir Ron Priestley Al Aasy in a wrestling match for the Princess of Wales stakes for 26 Points (6.5 percent) defeated by stables).

The week’s biggest scorer was the Laws Of Indices, trained by Ken Condon, who scored 62.4 points in the Group 1 Prix Jean Prat in Deauville for a pretty sharp 0.1 percent of the stables.

Irish compatriot Loch Lein landed the Listed Prix Amandine and gave six stables 21.7 points.
