Stellar Senior Living signs management agreement with Diversified Healthcare Trust for 10 communities.
Stellar Senior Living has signed a new management agreement with Diversified Healthcare Trust (DHC) for nine qualified care communities and one senior community for continuous care. The agreement includes 1,152 residential units in Colorado, Texas and Wyoming within DHC’s Senior Housing Operating Portfolio (SHOP).
Stellar Senior Living is looking forward to changing the management of Five Star Senior Living and continuing to lead with its guiding values of service, inspiration, integrity and joy. Residents of DHC communities along with their families can expect to continue receiving the same high level of care they received, as well as implementing some of Stellar’s signature programs, such as all-day dining. The conversion started with 5 municipalities on August 1st, 2021 and will be completed with the conversion of the last 5 municipalities on September 1st, 2021.
